Contract Terms & Conditions:

  • Minimum of 12 months contract, thereafter 2 months’ notice period must be given to terminate contract.
  • The ordering system will be delivered as per the demo and will only be styled to include the company’s logo, branding colours and wording. The customer will be expected to provide content for the website pages, but free to use the images and icons from the demo. Any further customisation will be at additional cost and quoted for upon request.
  • The third party postcode subscription account needs to be set up by the customer and fees paid directly to them. We must be allowed full access to their postcode subscription supplier account at all times.
  • The website and software will be hosted on our servers and maintained and monitored by Interpro Technology Solutions Ltd. In the case of any issue, Technical Support is available at support@interprotech.co.uk or 02393 593093.
  • All software and websites provided by Interpro as part of this service shall at all times remain the property of Interpro.
  • All software and websites are provided on a subscription service and will only be made available to the customer for the duration of the contract and whilst the subscription is in place.
  • If the service is terminated, the software and website for the customer shall be switched off and will no longer be available.
  • Interpro retain the right to pause or terminate services if payments are delayed at any time.
